Late start for the McRae/Feathers crew

I decided to go for "one last ride" on my new OneWheel before heading off to fish camp so I took it out for a 30 minute ride and had a pretty significant spill about 15 mins in.  Long story short and a precautionary trip to the ER later, I managed to bruise a few ribs which delayed our departure by a day.  In turn, we arrived at fish camp about 4pm on Friday, leaving after the kids completed first period of remote school during the great COVID adventures of 2020.  The road trip was relatively and fortunately uneventful with Emily driving the first half of it thanks to the narcotic pain killers in my system.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a joyful family with several already down at the dock fishing away.  After dropping our luggage we went down to the dock to meet John, Debby, Jeff, Carol with lines in the water.  The house and scenery are beautiful.  Here's a panoramic view from the dock.

And shot of the cabin from the back/lake side:

See the "house" link above for several photos of the cabin from the VRBO site.

Our first day here was spent leisurely hanging out and fishing.  The night was filled with karaoke until the wee hours (3am?) with performances from just about all.  There are photos and videos of that somewhere coming, I'm sure.

Speaking of photos and videos of the trip, here is a link to the Google Photos site for it:
